So don't hesitate. CALL 45-SOLAR

1 > Why should I get Solar Screens instead of window tinting or awnings?

According to close studies, Solar Screens offer three times the heat blockage compared to window films.
Solar Screens do this by blocking the heat before it ever reaches the window. Tinting is put on the window
and awnings provide shade. SUNTEX Phifer Solar Screens will give you three times the heat resistance.

2 > Will Solar Screens block my view and lessen airflow?

Solar Screens are great for allowing outward daytime visibility, while at the same time blocking outsiders from
looking in. Suntex 80 allows the best outward visibility. Suntex 90 will reduce the visibility slighty. Air Flow
through a Suntex 80 Solar Screen is similar to any regular window screen. Suntex 90 has a slight restriction to
air flow. Overall SunTex 80 Solar Screens are ideal for homes allowing good visibility and air flow.

3 > Will Solar Screens darken the rooms?

SunTex 80 Solar Screens still allow plenty of light to come in. It is best to say that SunTex 80 reduces glare not
sun light. It creates a cool soft lighting to any room. SunOff offers many sun control fabrics that greatly reduces
or even eliminates sun light. SunTex 80 will reduce 80% of the SUN'S HEAT and light the room in a sufficient
COOL TONE.

4 > How much will Solar Screens save on my electric bill?

Studies show savings up to 40-50% on the "cooling costs" of the electric bill (results will vary). When more
screens are applied to the home instead of just partial installations there are better results. Many times the
screens will pay for themselves in as little as 2-3 years. They have reduced some clients electric bill about
$120 in the hot months of the year.Again, results will vary. Solar Screens will reduce the overall temperature
of inside your home lessening the use for conventional AC, thus saving you money on cooling costs.

5 > Does covering my windows with SunTex 80 really make a big difference?

Many studies have indicated that 48% of all heat in the home comes
from the sun radiating the windows. The decrease of the solar heat
effect on the windows using SunTex screens would be the best choice
in cooling options. The option looks even better when you compare
costs for most conventional cooling methods or the home improvement
solution of Sun Tex Solar Screens. So the difference of using our
solar screening is apparent.

6 > Can I still open my windows? Do installing Solar Screens interfere with my window's warranty?

Yes, properly installed Solar Screens by the SunOff Solar Screen company do not interfere with the window
operation and there is little restriction in airflow as well. You can still enjoy those cool Las Vegas breezy days.

No, there will be no need to worry about your window warranty because the screens are installed outside to
the exterior wall. The windows are never touched by the new solar screen.
